I would give 0 star to so called Head of public Law “Qays Sediqi” very unprofessional individual. I have been referred by a immigration solicitor to Qays Sediqi as a reliable person. But after few emails, when I provided all details of the matter, he ignored my emails and never came back to me. Do not recommend at all.
