I had no hesitation to retain their services again very recently for my renewal. The team at Ortega-Medina were patient, professional, thorough and determined. We appreciate how much work was involved to get us through the visa application process and there were times when we lost heart, but Izidora and Orlando never gave up. Be aware of this firm. Orlando never performed legal services we paid for. After submitting all documents, he claimed that I submitted them late. He said unless I pay 600 euros and apologize to him and his team he will not be working on the case which I already paid him over 8,000 euros for.

Be careful they will cause hiccups for your case then ask you to pay extra fees for delays. If you refuse, they will keep your original retainer and stop responding to you. I have filed complaints with the State Bar and will update this review with the outcome.
