Well, you will be surprised when you get inside the office as there is no privacy or confidentiality for the clients.
The consultant is not really professional as he will start asking confidential or personal questions in front of other guests or friends sitting in the same room.
He just provides basic information who does not know about UK immigration applications and paperwork. Not recommended for intense cases or formal applications.
