One of the worst customers services I have ever experienced. I would give it zero stars if I could. I have a case opened for a over a year now which was being handled with Negin. Since she left the firm the customer service has gone completely downhill and zero communication has been made on their part and unfortunately once they have your money they completely disregard you as a client. Totally avoid where possible.

A best solicitors I have been to. A guy called Waleed is the best person to go for your case.
He is very competent and will get back to you regarding any question straight away. Very honest and reliable person. I would defo recommend him to anyone who is looking of bringing their loved ones over.

In July 2022 I interpreted in Manchester Immigration Tribunal for Polish client represented by Mr Taher Gulamhussein. I was impressed by his professional, detailed and relevant arguments presented during the hearing. His approach to the client was very reassuring. His presence in the court was respectful to all parties.

Very bad experience, they just only fill your form by trainee and after the fee don’t even receive your call.
They didn’t submit my documents properly then the home office email us to submit consent form I have all my proof. They went on holidays and if you ask the new person about your application they said I don’t know the other person hand over it to me
