My son has attended Burgess Hill Girls Nursery for a term now and he settled in incredibly quickly due to the warmth and welcoming demeanours of all the teachers. They are all delightful - so happy to have a chat and tell me all about his morning. It never feels like I am taking up too much of their time and my son adores them all. Loads of cuddles and fantastic learning and outdoor play spaces and activities mean he is having a fantastic start to his nursery life! I would thoroughly recommend it!

My daughter has just finished Year 7 in July 2022 and she has enjoyed her school life throughout the year. She is proud and delighted. The school mixes academic with sports and culture. Everyone can be their own individual self and be respected for that. The school encourages pupils not only to work hard but also play hard too. Furthermore I learnt from the last Founder's Day that the school has achieved excellent exam grades and quite a few A-level students will be admitting to top class universities around the world. I am impressed with the confidence of the pupils, and the love they have for the school and the teacher body. Definitely a school full of opportunities.

Both my daughters have attended Burgess Hill Nursery and we can’t praise it highly enough. The set up is in classrooms which really prepare the children for school. They keep parents involved and included by communicating through a weekly email which they call the Nursery Bmail and by using the Tapestry app where the teachers upload photos of your child so you can see what they’ve been up to.

The children are fed so well each day with freshly prepared food and go outside every single day, whatever the weather. The outdoor space available to them is immense, as well as having their own nursery grounds they also have use of all outdoor areas of the private school so get to play out on the playing field, the tennis courts and often take their snack into the woods. All very well supervised by the fantastic staff who are all so caring and friendly.

When the children turn 3.5 they move up to the next class where they start to learn phonics which puts them in a great position for when they move onto primary school. They also self register, which means they have to find their name on the table when they arrive and put it up on the board, this helps them to recognise all the letters in their name, not just their first initial.

I could go on and on about how wonderful this nursery is, if you’re reading this review I hope you have the chance to look around the nursery and decide for yourself if it is right for you. It has been so right for my two children.

My daughter has blossomed and thrived at Burgess Hill Girls. The school understands her as a person and recognises her potential and caters to her individual needs. Burgess Hill Girls has by far exceeded our expectations. She already had a good basis with happy years at prep school at Great Walstead and 5 years at Roedean, but I wish I had realised the true value of Burgess Hill Girls years ago.

Burgess Hill Girls is a wonderful place - our daughter is about to enter her second year in the Senior school and we couldn't be happier with our choice of school. The environment is nurturing, yet the girls are given ample opportunity to be stretched and challenged in all areas. The staff are dedicated, approachable and get to know their students really well. Our daughter loves the all girls environment, and is greatly enjoying the opportunity to discover and pursue new passions and interests.

I recommend Burgess Hill Girls to anyone who is considering pursuing an independent education for their daughter.

Our daughter has just completed Year 7 in Burgess Hill Girls and she has loved every minute of it. The school environment is nurturing and positive and over the last year we have seen her grow in confidence and become more independent. The support from teachers and staff is amazing and the children benefit from smaller class sizes and a wide range of subjects taught in an engaging manner. She has developed strong friendship groups with other pupils from her classes but also from across the school. She often tells us how much she loves being here and has even mentioned missing school over the summer holidays.

A lovely school, highly recommended!
