Totally disgusted. Went to collect my Wish order from them today to be told I could not have my items as they could not scan them anD they have over 300 parcels to deal with.
Contacted wish to find out that they have been suspended as a collection point since 23/8/22 and should not have been taking delivery of parcels after this point.
Now have to wait for refunds for my items, repurchase and wait again for them to arrive. Knowing that my first order is sitting in a shop not 2 miles away.

Used for Amazon return except their machine doesn't accept amazon return barcodes, not just me. Would advise pick different store for amazon returns.

Visit to return Amazon parcel, unfortunately the Amazon QR did not work. The member of staff was really helpful and talked me through process of cancelling return and re booking with a different method. Great customer service

Great family run business. So, glad they now have a Hermes drop off & collect. Warm and friendly 1st class service. It is so, refreshing to have old fashioned customer service. Where the care of the customer and their needs come first. Well done .🙏🙏

I write again to say this store it's my families favourite. They are welcoming and friendly. The staff are chivalrous and open the doors for me when I have my children. Om Sai accommodate my needs, they stock the things we all need the most
