Had one only last night. Usually very high standard just like the many we have enjoyed in the past. Sadly our meal last night appeared to have been frozen and then re-heated as it was incredibly watery and not up to the usual taste and consistency. We hope this was a one-off.

Standards have dropped terribly. Ordered take away for delivery, told it would take 55 minutes, delivered 35 minutes late and cold. Found 2 black human hairs in an Onion Bhaji, curries were bland and tasteless. Only good thing was I got a full refund when I complained. Sorry but very good in the past and very disappointed.

This is the first restaurant I tried when I moved to Boston. Indian food is my favourite cuisine and who doesn't love a good curry with a lager?! Being from London originally, I have eaten in restaurants across London with Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Indian Chefs and frequented Brick Lane pretty much every Saturday night. The Bangladeshis are the best hands down so I had high hopes when I saw the tiger in the window and saw that it was called the Rose of Bengal. Very, very, very disappointed - It was cheap, I'll give it a star for that but if I wanted cheap I would have wacked a microwave curry in from Asda. The food is so far from what I know to be authentic and the food really lacked in quality. Gave it 2 more visits and the food just disappointed every time. How it jas it's reviews I have no idea, completely mugging off the locals here. Cheap quality meat, cheap ingredients, and it all just tasted the same. With the other restaurants in the area, very suprised as to how they are even in business.

Ordered a lamb tikka korma and the lamb was completely raw in the middle. Rang up to complain but no refund was offered, and the man on the phone did not understand our request for a replacement. Instead they just gave us credit for another curry next time. There will not be a next time.

Absolutely disgusting, I hope somebody reads this before making an order, I dont expect 5 star cuisine from a take away but this was just another level of disgusting. Tikka masala was basically a bottle of ketchup with a few pieces of chicken, keema naan was soggy, sweaty and lacking in meat content. Contacting the restaurant was pointless as they just dismiss any wrong doing and show no empathy once your money has been taken. Save your money and get a ready meal from a supermarket

Not at all organized when I placed my order for a take away, kept going away and coming back. Was told our food would be delivered in 40 mins, but actually came after 20 mins or so. The food was ok, but, was charged £1.50 for delivery. Not a huge sum, I know, but the take away menu stated free delivery within a radius of 6 miles, our address is actually less than 1 mile away.
It’s the principle of it, so next time we’ll order from further up the street, hate being fleeced!!

Horrible dry hard inedible lamb tikka
Certainly far from the best and most likely the worst
Was told when I complained that noone else had ever complained! Told it was supposed to be exactly like that......
Apparently hard and tough and inedible.

Exerted a takeaway online. Quoted 40 mins. Arrived at the quoted time to get a call saying they are closed. No apology, just said they would refund our money.
