Friendly staff. Very tasty food and service was quick. There was a good range of food on the menu. The ambience was good. Would book a table in advance as seemed very popular.

Shocking service. We tried the New Simla for the first time tonight. Ordered at 8pm for collection at 8.30pm. It was finally ready at 9pm, arrived home to see that part of the order was missing and the photo below was a “tandoori” salad which was £2.50. We called and they said they would deliver the missing meal in 10 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes later it has still not arrived. Extremely disappointing.

Food was good. Customer service was top notch. Will visit again when next I am in Melton Mowbray.

Enjoy the food and if you want less spicy they can do it! Drivers are fast and polite but need an extra driver now and again
