Cove Tandoori

Just ordered from cove tandoori and never ever have I been so disgusted with poor customer service ordered food chicken wasn’t cooked and tasted Funny so respectfully rang up asked for a new batch they sent out gave same chicken batch and sauces didn’t taste right so I just asked for half a refund then the manager proceeded to start being rude and saying we was trying to do them over for a free curry and was rude towards another member in my house and didn’t take in consideration of their customers complaints and she felt like she knew how we felt about the food also tried telling us we had to pay back the delivery fee even tho we ordered through Deliveroo never would ordered again mainly poor service 😡 Manager shouldn’t have a job doesn’t know anything about customer service needs to be sacked

Very disappointed with Cove Tandoori-
Delivery was almost 90 minutes when website shows 60 mins. I know it’s Friday but let’s not hide behind that. Food was the worst we have ever had-
Kebabs burnt to a cinder
Chicken korai bland and full of gungy sauce with a horrid taste.
Bombay aloo was a mush of random spices thrown in again no real flavours.
Let’s hope this was a one off.

We have become regulars here. Every time the food is tasteful. Tonight however was exquisite. The meat on both mains were cooked to perfection. Our naan was meaty and garlicky. I can’t recommend this facility enough. Perfection at an affordable price.

You used to be known for your quality. I hadn't tried you for a while, but tonight's order from you was inedible. The chicken was over cooked and like rubber. Your onion bhaji's were burnt on the outside yet under cooked on the inside to the point they were wet mush. Your nan bread was un-raised and tasted like a chunk of flat rubber. I feel you have robbed me for £27. Certainly my last order with you.

Possibly one of the worst takeaways I have ever ordered, 90% of everything I ordered was cold. I ordered a chicken tikka main and chicken korma main, the tikka had no sauce! The sauce from the korma was also bitty and did not taste good at all.
Normally I do not write negative reviews especially regarding local places but it was so bad I didnt have a choice.

I will certainly NOT be ordering again and do not advise. A real shame.

Clearly the restaurant has seen better days, but we had a take away and the portion sizes were HUGE! On top of that, it was great. Given the recent negative reviews I wasn't expecting much, and hence the delight with a meal that exceeded expectation. It may not be 5 star, but is WAYYY better than some are suggesting...

Strongly advise you not to order from here

The food was awful.
Had hairs in nan bread and curry. Chicken tikka look like come out of paint shop orange colour.
All went to the bin.
NOT impressed by the way the staff speak to their customers. Unfriendly, Rude & no respect. Spoken to owner Lisa khan she is worst of them very very rude. This place need to have a food inspection and I bed it will close Down.

Absolutely useless ordered food and After 3 phone calls over 2 hours later the incompetent person on the phone couldn't cancel my order or tell me what is going on with it. Awful service doesn't matter if the food is good or not never trying them again
