first time in Maldon had no idea about Indian food but the food & service
was Excellent look forward to the next visit

The food was nice, the service, not so nice. The head waiter was walking round arrogantly, the young white guy who cleared our table, had a handful of dirty plates and was walking back to the kitchen and this guy literally shouldered him out of the way. I don't like that. We didn't even get asked if we wanted desert, and there was no offer of coffees etc, it was just like give us your £175 and leave. No free tipple for the girls or anything. Good food, average everything else. Disappointing as it could be so much better

Really, really good food. I have eaten in a lot of restaurants in my time and can honestly say that the food here was superb. Just the right quantity, piping hot, excellent service, what more can you ask for. The restaurant itself is well appointed and the decor very tasteful. OK it wasn't the cheapest, but sometimes you get what you pay for and we definitely got that. We will be going back.

Have got takeaways for the past 8 years, the past 3 times it has been absolutly disgusting!! Have complained but still really nasty, will never fo back and would tell everyone to do the same, the food is now not ediable!!!

Definitely found my new favourite Indian the food was absolutely lovely can’t fault one single thing” all hot fresh and tasty would highly recommended this place. My kids loved the food as much as I did and ate everything. And the staff were so friendly to the kids and myself when we collected the food. Already looking forward to trying more on the menu next time we have a Indian 😍Thank u so much 😜

I've eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed.
The service is good and the food is great, with an extensive menu.
It's always been quite busy when I've visited but I've still been found a table despite not having booked in advance.
It's a little pricey, but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Indian meal.

Ordered a takeaway for my partner and I. I am vegan and he is not. Ali talked through the options with me, and I was not disappointed at all!! So much flavour, and my partner enjoyed his too! Don't hesitate to order from Maldon Tandoori 😁
