We were on a trip to Redditch and accidentally found this place. One of the best Biriyani I ever had. Owner was very friendly and the place is great. He even gave us silverware for the take out order ( We were staying ina Primer Inn - We returned the next day). Amazing Service Service and Amazing Food.

I went last weekend for a birthday meal with friends. Waiter who served us was miserable,ignoring us constantly. We have to wait to order our food 20min. Even when we didn't finishing eat this waiter keep coming and asking are we finish. He didn't even asked about food or etc. Also we've notice it's dirty on the walls. Food was ok,but it's not clean place also with rude waiter. We definitely not coming back there.

Waited an hour for the food. Vegetarian sag aloo turned up with big chunks of chicken in it. Had to go back and exchange that meal, but all meals were swimming in oil. I ate the rice and naan but couldn't eat the curry. We will not be ordering from there again, I'm afraid.

First time ordering last night as i live in Birmingham..needless to say I'd never order from here again!! 2hrs after eating my curry i had really bad stomach cramps and ended up with food poisoning! Up all night and had to call in sick to work!! 24hrs later i still cant keep water down and am dehydrated. Stay away from this place!!

If u want food poison welcome to the shahi Palace ! Last night I had. Visit from a friend from Birmingham we ordered a meal to share and even then we were given the wrong food so had to wait for delivery... Needless to say after bad service along came a horrendous night sleep for both of us and are both left with food poisoning resulting in a day of work . I'd recommend any one walk the other way !!!

Was visiting Birmingham for the weekend snd found this little gem by accident. Food is lush top 3 I've been to. Couldn't fault the service either.
