Aroma Tandoori Indian

Sauce had spilled all over food and got into the edges of the boxes housing the various items I had ordered.
Clearly tipped over in the scooter .
I rang to say and the chap was more interested in knowing how long it had been since the delivery..
I said around 5 mins but he retorted that his driver was back so must have been longer.
Ok so I didn't rush and open the bag as soon as it was delivered and devour the contents!!??
Very unhelpful and not a great example of customer service.
I will not be ordering from them again nor will I recommend them to any of my friends or family !!!

Everything on the menu is delicious. I’ve never actually been to the place and I do live close, but the delivery time is incredible... I think their record is about 20 minutes for me.

Staff are always friendly on the phone, I don’t have anything bad to say at all.

Definitely won’t bother with other places, the food is spot on.

Delivery was extremely late (Over an hour than expected), did not come with everything I ordered and nearly found myself choking on a tool found in my food.

Their response was that they are only willing to give back £5 for the late delivery....

Eat from this restaurant at your own risk as next time it could be an individual with weakend teeth, a child choking on a tool or even you being cut orally by something which may create an bigger problem.

Delivery drivers are good........ stops there! Food is ok hash tag ok! Have given benefit of there doubt for the second time omg wished I hadn’t wasted my money? Even phoned to add to my forgotten order which they can’t do.... really! Not even a poppadum...... sad! Nah food was dry no extras and bad attitude ok the phone like they are doing you a favour when it’s in both parties favour (I order and spend money you make it) never again twice is too many times

Never received my food the driver came to my door step buzzed the buzzer when i went out side to get the food I couldn’t find him so i called him he said he left because he can’t find my address so called the restaurant they said they are going to call the driver to find out whats going on and the. after that the restaurant and the driver were not picking up the phone i didn’t get my food after wait 1hr 30mims.

I have been ordering from here for the last 6 or 7 years never had a problem at all food all. Was very hot and fresh. But today I called to say there was these black sharp bits of black plastic in my little bag of onion. To be told you can eat it as its onion. I tryed to explain that it is not onion and its sharp and black. I was not even ringing up to complain it was more to inform them. To check but was just brushed a side. Very poor last time I will. Order now from here just because of the was it was handled

Very nice I give a 7 out of 10 for flavours. Haven't gad a bad meal from there yet been about 10 times wife likes as well
