Americano Fusion , Hounslow

Amazing Americano - All in One restaurant and the best fast food restaurant in Hounslow. I have been here few times and tried most of their food in the menu. Fried chicken, Pizza, Burger, Chinese, Indian chat and Indian food. My favourite is their Chicken Briyani and Chicken lollipop.

For £3.50 the Chicken Biryani with boiled egg is the best with good flavour in the area at low cost. I have tried few other take away Biryani in Hounslow but they are no where near to Americano. The staff mentioned Biryani is freshly prepared every day which makes the difference.

Staff is very respectful, always greet with smile. The food is prepared quickly with good taste. The restaurant is clean and got a well maintained eating area to eat in. I noticed they are doing home delivery as well. If you are near Hounslow high street, Hounslow Central tube station try it out. The menu items are well displayed on the LCD screens and the prices are reasonable.

Very very perfect biryani served with lemon, coriander, egg, salad and fried onions and 2 pieces of chicken. Very long rice filled with absolute taste. Very mild spicy. I would definitely recommend this place for biryani. I have not tried anything else but will try their beef burgers next time and leave feedback

If you are going for Egg biryani from this place you can also expect chicken pieces in it. So if you are vegetarian who eats only eggs it won't be a good idea to go there. I threw the whole biryani in the bin. They should have mentioned that there is chicken in it. Never in my life I will go there. Even the tables were dirty. Disgusting.

Cheap but not good if youre in a rush

Where do I begin. I needed to grab a quick bite so I dropped in quickly here given all other local eateries were packed but i should have known why they were empty. They've got "food to go" across the doors but took 15 minutes to serve me

Ordered a wrap and the food tasted very strange, half overcooked, half bad... Edible but lets see if i get food poisoning.

Masala chai was a small cup, but only cost £1 so fair play.

You get what you pay for sure... but for a fiver a wrap I have my doubts.

So I went there after the pub, there was so much chicken option, but unfortunately not all was available to my surprise. Lollipop chicken was fully stacked and the boss lady said that's all that is available, so I decided to order this for takeaway. The boss said she needs to fry it, I said OK.... I did not here any sizzling from the oil... I also ordered some chips and dhaal.. When I got home, I have never in my whole life ever tasted chicken like this. It was the worst experience ever. Seems to me the chicken was WELL OVER COOKED. No succulent taste... Most probably fried all day... The price I paid was £17.00 for this rubbish. I'm a chicken lover but this has put me off completely. How can this be sold to humans... I don't understand why it was boiled in luke warm oil. What you see behind the glass is one thing, but what you get is something else.

Ordered from Uber eats.
2 hours wait and food was ice cold and wet.
Showed evidence to Uber eats as had video of mayonnaise all over the place and food quality was terrible. They gave me a full refund.

Called and lady said food will be with me any minute after waiting 1 hour and food came 50 minutes later.

A place called pavilions down the road on the great west road which has amazing food. Avoid this place at all cost. Pavilions is also open till 3am or so so go there definitely. I have gone there many times with no dissatisfaction.

Awful customer service. They gave the wrong dish order veg manchurian and got delivered chicken manchurian.
When call the restaurant the staff told me that next time we will give extra dish . Because of there mistake I had to order from other restaurant for my mum.
Waste of time, money and food.

Just bought chicken burger and fries. Straight away to the bin. Taste like shoes. Not eatable !!! Reported to FSA
