The food was absolutely delicious, they fitted us in last minute on a Saturday night and the service was incredible, very friendly staff.. will be back and well recommend 👌🏾

1st time visit and the food was amazing. One of the best I’ve certainly tasted in my years. One star off as the wait for food was very long, they had no non-alcoholic beers and the car park was rammed with people mainly not in the restaurant.
Might have been a one off with it being Father’s Day I suppose and I definitely will return to give it another try. Top class food.

Authentic Indian atmosphere with nice suggestions to avoid kill the dish taste if too spicy. Table service is good, maybe a bit confusing with too many people to serve as some plates got switched.. (but it was fixed quickly)

I believe the experience was 50/50. It's a well maintained restaurant and some of the staff were excellent. They messed up the order and gave my friend an extra hot curry, which meant he couldn't really enjoy rest of his meal.
We got mixed message around the buy 2 for 1 deal, but that wasnt major. My lamb was well cooked but overall it could have been better. Cost us £30 per head.

The food was beautiful and staff really friendly. Definitely worth the visit. The only thing that wasn't really to happy with that we only got a tiny bowl of sauce to add to our meal, wasn't really enough to cover our chicken and lamb. But the meats was beautifully cooked 👍.

The Viceroy was recommended to us by my sister and brother in law, and it certainly lived up to their review. We would, and have, recommended this restaurant. You get a warm welcome, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I eat a vegan diet, but my husband definitely doesn’t 😂, but they can adapt virtually any vegetarian choice on the menu into vegan, which means there is a massive variety of food - such a fantastic change to many other restaurants.
The food tastes so fresh and clean, it’s definitely our favourite place to go. Great variety for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegan diets, it also shows on the menu which dishes contain dairy, the spice levels and other dietary information. Well worth a visit, we thoroughly recommend The Viceroy.

Very nice. Large menu. Really tasty food. The higher prices are justified in my opinion because the food is a cut above other Indians in the area. The decor has a feel like it was posh in the 90's and has been patched up over the years. Everything felt clean though, just a little dated. Nice atmosphere and friendly servers.

Never coming back again. This has been a family favourite restaurant of mine for years, but tonight’s experience has made me vow to never come back again.

Food was good, despite having to send back four of the main curries for being cold. When these were sent back, I was asked to ‘check’ that they definitely were cold which was very patronising.

The service from that point was beyond appalling. Waiters were very rude and patronising. They couldn’t get us out of the place quicker. Which is bad business as we were a table of 9.

The highlight was when one of the waiters muttered ‘good riddance’ under his breath as we were leaving.

Having been a regular customer for years and having chosen this place as the main restaurant to show my in-laws visiting from America for the first time - I’m beyond gutted, but this is a warning to newbies and regulars, this place is not what it used to be!!
