Bollywood Kitchen @ Ram Sport and Social Club

I thought of ordering some Indian take away and wanted a change instead of regular restaurants, so came across bollywood kitchen. They messed up my order so not happy about that. When I got home and took out the parcel then came to notice they had given the wrong dish, I phoned them up and asked for the correct dish so they prepared it quickly and I had to go back to collect it. Not even a "Sorry" from them. Secondly I asked for very mild taste (non spicy) and guess what it was made spicy I mean the person who took order or the chef didn't pay attention I don't know who helped messing up the taste. Overall food taste as such was good however I would have liked it even more if it was made to the expected given instructions. Strongly recommend checking your orders properly when you receive them. I might try ordering again some day hope they make it as per the given instructions.

Looking forward to coming back here! We had lamb chops and chilli paneer here, not the best I've ever had but good and did hit the spot. Kadai chicken for mains and this was also tasty but likely to try something different next time. Drinks very reasonably priced too. Overall 2 drinks, 2 starters, 2 naans and 1 main was under £40... bargain, great value for the quality of the food and service l. I would recommend and return!

Be Careful if you are placing order via Deliveroo. Bollywood Kitchen has rejected my order twice in one month. You get message when your order is supposed to be delivered that Bollywood Kitchen Can't Accept your order. Reason given by Bollywood Kitchen is that one of the ingredient required to prepare the dish isn't available and I find it difficult to believe this for a Indian Restaurant as all the dishes we ordered were standard. I think they are not accepting the orders from Deliveroo when they are busy, but will only tell Deliveroo that they cant accept the order when they are suppose to delivered. So be careful. Good old McDonalds it is then for us tonight.

Ordered a jeers chicken wings starter and got a curry!!
I thought it was a mistake and requested them to replace it. They replaced it for us, but got a even more runny curry again!! I may be wrong, isn't a jeera chicken wings starter supposed to be a dry/ semi gravy starter??? I'm sure I've ordered it before and received a dry starter.

Food is very good, Ambience is ok. Light around is very low.

Worst restraunt i had ever been.. food and service both were below the point. They didnt listen what we have ordered and given wrong items but they remember to put the ordered items on the bill. Isn't it amazing that they said oh i heard something else but at the time of billing they are back to their senses. Very poor customer serivce. They took starters from the table before we finished . Will never ever visit again. Worst experience . I dont know what they are serving on the name of indian restraunt.

The experience is on the basis of online ordered delivery only .... I found Bollywood kitchen to be good when it comes to taste and quantity .... I have tried starters and biryani and all have been good ... the delivery time is also good when ordered online

This restaurant / takeaway stood out to me on a previous visit to Crawley. Now back in Crawley again, I had to order from here again. The standards have not slipped! Ordered a chicken tikka masala, chilli coriander naan & poppadoms. The chicken tikka was one of the very best I've had! It was fresh, served at a great temperature considering it was delivered a few miles and crafted with some form of skill compared to a lot of takeaways.
Most restaurants / takeaways add so much food colouring etc to their dishes that curries become almost fluorescent.
The rest of the meal was also very good but the Chicken Tikka Masala stands out here!
Highly recommended and great prices too!
