Went here for the first time with my family and I think it will also be my last time. There was no customer service, as was not asked how things were during our meal or even when served our drinks. The menus weren't wiped down, and were just passed customer to customer. We weren't told that we have to clean our hands, so many people spreading germs around. The staff were not wearing masks along with gloves, and the person serving us didn't wipe anything down before giving it to us. When the food was eventually served to us, it was just about warm and lacking flavour. Sad to think a microwave meal from tesco has more flavour. The sauce was just watery and gloopy. I would only suggest this place to people who have damaged taste buds. Then again, they deserve decent customer service so maybe not. I wouldn't even give this 1 star, however, it is required to post this review. Will be making sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

DO NOT BOOK this place. We booked a table for 7pm, arrived and was told to sit on sofa and we then were totally ignored for 15 minutes whilst they took orders on the phone and served the tables. The restaurant was not even half full. We eventually asked if our table is ready can we please be seated and order as we needed to leave at 8pm for the cinema (allowing an hour for a curry is usually more than enough!). We were told we would not get any food for another 45minutes because they had accepted a big walk in. He suggested we go somewhere else… it’s Saturday night, and he had already wasted 20minutes of our time. He offered no apology whatsoever. I never complain about restaurants (this is my first ever review!) but feel compelled to let people know. (To make matters worse I am 9months pregnant and this was our last dinner together before baby so it was particularly disappointing. We told him this, and still, no apology)

Ordered take away the first time from this restaurant to try out. Results: It’s too expensive for its quantity and quality. The meat is too little for a dish and the chicken is tough to chew. The sauce is watery. This would be my first and the last time.

Me and my family have been having Indian from here for as long as I can remember. Mo and his team and fantastic, so welcoming, so polite and the food is unreal! Look no further for a lovely dinner! Takeaway or eat in the service is class! Will always come here, love it. Thanks a lot

Had a meal recently which I collected. The portions were quite small, not much meat in the meat dishes and the rice containers only 3/4 full. Food taste was good though and we had 4 mains, 2 rice's and 2 naans for just under £43 so price good but just need to make sure they give better portions in future.

I was taken here for the first time by my daughter for my 78th birthday. Located in a quiet part of Old Hatfield I was impressed. We had: chicken tikka, Madras curry, popperdams, two rices, parata, meat & meat bajhis, salad, vegetable curry & soft drinks. Ingredients were all fresh, service good, very clean, price reasonable and above all very tasty.
