Food was very delicious. I has lamb biryani and the portion was generous. I'd recommend. Place is also very clean & friendly staff.

To start with it is not Indian restaurant. It’s Bangladeshi restaurant customer service next to zero .

The restaurant was totally empty around 19.24 . I did ask the person in the restaurant for a table of 1 . He offered the table in center of the restaurant. I requested can I have any table on the side since the place is empty. He said not we are fully booked but I could not see only 2 customer.

Disappointed with overall experience had to walk out and will never come back .

Tasty food but suffering the day after.
Service was very slow, as we played second fiddle to phone orders. We were first in the door and waited over an hour to receive our food. Also as more people arrived, including people placing takeaway orders: everyone received popadoms but us, and no explanation given (no big deal as I personally don’t eat them). Finally the host wasn’t very welcoming and could do with some hospitality training.

One of the best Indian meals I've ever had. I'll be visiting again in November when I'm down for services weekend at Thorpe Park.

Extremely bad service, restaurant was near enough empty and took 45 mins for the curry to come out, staff was very rude to me. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant. The worst service I have ever experienced, pointing fingers at me. Called me a bi**h, told me I have no clue about restaurants. Tried to also charge me £14 more, lied to me, put a different price in the bill to the menu. Absolute robbery. Swearing staff and very unhygienic.

Four of us went for a special pre Christmas night with Elvis act singing cost was £50 a head we would not want to repeat the experience we waited ages to order despite asking numerous times and arriving early we eventually got our food at 10pm which was inferior to other Indians we have dined at and poor value for money. There was clearly not enough staff to cope with amount of people dining.
Would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Disgusting service take-out ordered at 8pm (as probably busy) for 9:10pm; asked where order was at 9:30pm told on the way; chased up again at 9:40pm - (arrived 9:45pm) and the person I was talking to put the phone down on me (no bad language, apart for asking for discount). Very, very bad, no disrespectful and disgusting behaviour with a customer; shame as usually nice food (too late to eat on this occasion so unknown what it is like), We will not be using this restaurant again for either in or out!

Food arrived late and customer service was awful. No apologies, they didn’t care that we had been waiting for an hour longer than stated. This was all made worse when the vegetarian curry ordered had small pieces of chicken in it. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning.
