my advice is DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Myself and my fiance arrived for our reserved table. We walked upstairs and ordered drinks immediately after sitting down, the restaurant was very empty despite it been new years eve .... i am not at all surprised!! After sitting at our table, a man came and put one glass of coke onto our table before we could even say we ordered one each he walked away, a different member of staff bought the second drink over 5 minutes later. After sitting there for almost twenty minutes i asked for a menu as we had not been offered one. We ordered our food and it arrived very quickly!! this was great....only they walked away leaving us with no knifes or forks.. I asked the girl and she said the man working there had gone to get us some. Time passed and the food was going cold....i had to shout them over and ask again, since they had started to serve other people. It was a total shambles!!! Then upon leaving we asked if we could have it boxed as we had had enough of sitting in a restaurant with the worst customer service ever. We paid £45 for two currys, a naan, a starter and drinks...we asked where the boxed food was so we could take it with us and they hadn't even done it!! :o IT seems if you dont ask SEVERAL times here...you don't get!!! will not be returning!!

Just down the road from where we live our favourite resteraunt . We were in the first day it opened and greeted with now a really good friend AASH . Every time we go the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. .. . His new events eat as much as you can are really a good way to try new dishes . Top indian in our book.☺

I started ordering takeaways from Kaash a few months ago. I placed an order for delivery tonight and it was the chef who took the order. He recognised my voice and asked me if the vindaloos I'd previously had from there were too hot, just right, or if I wanted them to be hotter, great customer service. The delivery service is excellent too, meals are delivered in good time and the bloke who delivers is really friendly. It's for these reasons I awarded Kaash 5 stars.

I ordered from here on just eat, and me and a few friends have gotten food poisoning (confirmed case from doctors). I am so disgusted and will be informing trading standards as I am also pregnant. Definitely boycott this place!

Worst chicken tikka masala I have EVER had! Tasteless and can only describe as warm cream, almost sour tasting 😣. Partner had a different curry but was nearly identical to the slop on my plate. £30 in the bin, literally.
