We made our dining experience an adventure. Raj kindly opened up early so that we could take the train from Machynlleth along the beautiful Cambrian Coast. It was a cold night but Raj had the heaters going full blast and we had an Indian feast. The restaurant was decorated nicely and the food was delicious. We have been spreading the word. Next time we will take the train to Barmouth and then walk back over the bridge and make it day out. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant

A truly amazing place - best Indian food!
The friendliest host awaits you here in Fairbourne with real and authentic dishes. The Biryani is like a spice-firework in your mouth and every dish we had was fantastic. We visited several years ago and simply had to come back - a must visit here in Wales.

What a fantastic little Indian! We turned up (not realising it's best to book) and even though at present Indiana Cuisine are doing two bookings a night they ever so kindly fitted us in. They then proceeded to look after us for our whole stay, we had complimentary food which was so very kind, and delicious and the whole experience was fantastic. So attentive, informative and it's somewhere we'd definitely return to. Thank you Indiana Cuisine for making my Mum's birthday meal so memorable!

Upon ringing through to make a table booking we were asked if we could takeaway instead however wanted to sit in so we were what’s apped to pre order. The atmosphere of the restaurant was ok, good lighting however unfortunately food was disappointing. We ordered chilli paneer along with a couple of curry dishes which were very small portions for the price they were. Surprised they asked us to pre order as there were only two other tables full. We were given complimentary pakora which arrived as small battered under seasoned bits of greens. Not so sure if they taste their dishes before sending out as a bit of seasoning would have improved all dishes. The daal was extremely bland and chilli paneer tasted like cubes of under cooked cheese smothered in sriracha chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Not sure the poppadoms were fresh as tasted like the packet ones from a supermarket. Rice over cooked and topping it off with quite an expensive bill to foot. Luckily we were pretty hungry so it filled a hole but really wouldn’t recommend for future.

Indiana Cuisine is always excellent all round. Brilliant service - the rare kind that you will remember years later. Gorgeous food. Beautifully cooked, authentic options, piping hot and fresh. I visit my parents in Fairbourne and coming here is a real treat. I had my 30th birthday meal there with some friends, and this evening we celebrated my parents' wedding anniversary there, and they were both very special meals. Thank you! See you soon

How this place has 4.5 stars is a complete mystery to me. An absolute abomination to cookery . If anybody has the slightest clue about Indian cuisine then you need to steer clear of this place and save yourself the fortune they charge for such sub standard food. This is the most bizarre meal i have ever ordered in the 40 years of my existence.

Ate here on Friday, ordered as a takeaway and was so impressed! Food was extremely good quality, it tasted very fresh and authentic. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Will definitely be back!

Well what can I say......
What a lovely little place this is💕💕💕
Went to Fairbourne for the day and upon leaving saw this Indian and phoned on spec to check if they were open. I was told only for takeaway and when I Said "Oh, not to eat in then?" Was asked how many of us there were, "just 2". The owner said " Give me 15 mins and I'll set up a table for you "!! How lovely is that? They only do 2 tables on a Saturday night and they were already booked in but we were lucky enough aswell.
We felt so looked after, the owner was so nice and couldn't do enough for us. His wife does the cooking and it was really authentic and traditional. The traditional peshwari naan bread is to die for. Not doughy at all and really sweet.
5 STARS 🌟 Highly recommend this hidden gem. If you are lucky enough to get in.
