Dawat - Indian Restaurant and Grill House

Absolutely fantastic food and service !The atmosphere is great and the service amazing ,I'd definitely return and highly recommend 5 stars is not enough !

Just had a meal in Dawat Indian restaurant, what a brilliant meal, the portions are massive ( brought home a doggy bag that'll last me for breakfast dinner and tea).
They really looked after the 4 of us, I really hope that they continue to always have the same atmosphere in the future. You got to try this Indian.

Had a takeaway it was very run of the mill.

Plus points - reasonably priced decent amount and delivered on time ( early actually) .

It was nice and hit but taste wise nothing stood out . Prawn Shaslik probably the best as they were not bad and a good amount. Beef balti was watery and not that much beef. It wasn’t terrible just ordinary and rather forgettable. I won’t go back.

Tasteless Tikka. Hard and inedible chicken. Curry sauce floating in oil. Avoid if you want good food. Don't believe the reviews, they are for the previous owner of Diplus.

Ordered from Just Eat and arrived exactly on time. I doubted my choice originally, seeing that they had quite a limited choice on their Just Eat Menu.

I did struggle to pick something as my go-to was not an option. Instead, I tried something I had never had before. If you are a picky eater and have a go-to, this place may not be for you.

As there were a couple of choices on the menu I had never seen before, I thought I'd try the Tarmarin Beef Roll. It was so delicious and gutted I gave half to my partner!

My only complaints were with the Starters, the Onion Bhajis were not crispy enough for me and a bit soggy inside. I had a chutney tray as I was a little surprised to see no coconut as well.

For the main, I had garlic rice, which was really tasty along with the Duck Mitha, which is now my new favourite Indian dish.

I will be ordering from here again and highly recommend others to try this place, even if it means you have to try something different!

First time to try and will definitley return. Really friendly, swift service and amazing food. Free chutney tray and popadoms were appreciated and the chilli and mint sauces were to die for. Overall it was so nice that I forgot to take a pic and devoured it instantly :).
