Utterly disappointed with tonight’s service.
We’ve been customers of Tulsi for years and now I’ll never use them again.

First of all the 45mins delivery time turned into an hour and ten. When it did arrive we were charged £27.50 for 2 curry’s, 1 rice, a garlic naan and poppadoms!! Which seemed a bit extortionate.

After unpacking the meal we found no poppadoms or sauces, yet had still been charged, so I call the takeaway back to report and question why it was so expensive?

I was basically told their prices have increased and was offered no refund.

To top the whole experience off my food was cold!

This place has definitely gone downhill and do not think a takeaway should charge restaurant prices. It’s ridiculously expensive.

Tried ordering twice on Just Eat, they never accepted either order after half an hour of waiting, tried ringing up multiple times but no answer. Sorry Tulsi, we were loyal customers of yours but never again.

First time eating from here. Food was spot on. Found a new local curry house!

Really enjoyed our food from here. Was a little worried because of the reviews, but the alternative was closed. Was pleased the reviews were unfounded. We had two lovely curries. Just right balance of spice and sweetness. Poppadoms were great, Garlic Naan and Keema Garlic Naan were nice enough. Samosas were not so great - definitely bought frozen and fried and meat inside tasted old. But Onion Bhajis were pretty decent - could just do with a little salt! All in all a pretty good meal for four of us.

Soggy naan bread inedible and never bring the right sauce. Happened about 6 times now. Paper sticks to the chips so there inedible to. Always put the wrong sauce on the kebab to. Never going back now to many chances given.

Ordered online. After an hour we rang to ask where our order was. We were told it was on it's way. 45 minutes later we called again and the reply was that maybe the driver couldn't find our house. The food finally arrived and was stone cold. Put it in the microwave and tried to eat it but something didn't taste right. Threw it in the bin and didn't feel well all night. We've had these curries plenty of times before and were always pleased. Sorry but won't be ordering again.

Unbelievable. The best quality food I've ever had and I believe its arguably the greatest curry I've ever tasted. 😋. Gemma Wolfenden recommended this to me and all I can do Is thank her for this incredible experience. The Resturant is located in an ideal place and delivered all my food correctly and on time. Nearly as good as Lills Takeaway

Awful I will never order again
We didn’t have half of the food we ordered. It was all cold. My autistic son had a meltdown because of their mistake. Don’t ever go worst mistake
