3 times on the trot they messed up my order , 2nd time round they promised me a free meal and then offered me 10% when I ordered which wasn't an issue because I thought they was being genuine about it. Ordered today and they have messed up again , putting the phone down on me when I complained about it being the 3rd time in a row.. the food is good but the customer service is absolutely piss poor! If I could give zero stars I would do after today's service and having to wait , yet again for our order to fully arrive.. shocking

Becareful there was a bone and gristle in our chicken korma. They said replace whole meal and they replaced everything apart from rice and now they said I get free rice next order! Sorry but I dont think be ordering here again due to having bones in boneless chicken... The chips are very small portions as well as the korma sauce is very running and they were 5 minutes late.

For us it's the best Indian in Hinckley having tried a few other disappointing ones. The food was tasty and full of flavour. We just followed the smell and we were pleasantly surprised :)

Worst experience with a takeaway ever. Ordered through just eat and paid. Ordered around 8 pm. 9:15 was delivery time. Got updated to 9:45 on just eat app. Still wasn’t here at 10pm. Rang up and was told it was going to be another 20 minutes so we refused the order. Would not recommend at all.

The food was really nice , the service arrived before the time scheduled which was really good!

Ordered for delivery using JustEat. Food arrived cold, more than half an hour late. Driver tried to deliver 2 doors up the road even though all houses have clear bold identical numbers. When we finally got the food, the paper bag it came in was torn open and saturated in grease, some of the contents had spilled out. Ordered a garlic and a keema nan... the ones that arrived were plain and burnt. And to top things off, there were chunks of dry concrete/plaster wrapped in one of the nan breads as if it had been dropped on the floor. Disgusting... Will never order from here again.

Terrible service food took over 2 hours!! When it eventually Arrived it was cold!! The chicken had black bits inside and the breads was wet

Wrong food given , samosas were doughy like dumplings and not crispy , chips were wider than average and yeah I didnt get the right rice or main ordered.
