Indian Kitchen

Food had a lot of flavour even though we wanted it with out any spice( some family members can handle the heat) the lamb pieces were very large and some pieces weren't very tender.
Which is why a 4 star from me
But would order again.

I'm unsure if this has changed hands recently but i used to get food from these all the time. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. But i stopped when delivery went up to £3 on just eat when other takeaways which are further away charge less.

Tried again this evening for the first time in a while - even with the £3 delivery. I hadn't received my food 2 hours after placing my order and when I phoned to chase, I was told it would be at least another 30 mins. Not good enough when I've got a hungry son wanting a treat on a Saturday night. Being busy isn't an excuse and 2 and a half hours (at least) isn't an acceptable time to wait for food to be delivered. If they'd phoned me when I placed the order to advise of a lengthy delay, I could have cancelled earlier and ordered from elsewhere.

However, refund was issued without any problems, but no apology for the shocking service, no prior call to say it would be delayed. No attempt to rectify the issue. The indian kitchen were always previously polite on the phone, food was always early which makes me think it's changed hands because I experienced the complete opposite this evening.

Won't be going back... shocking service!

Not sure what's happened but up until now never had a bad meal,the portion of prawn cocktail was poor and the chips where like warm ups sorry had to say.

Food.was good.but curry tonight was disappointing small slivers of chicken more.like a curry soup .not.like we usually get .from here maybe.cutting back on chicken to save .

Very very tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken tikka, was just a curry sauce really even the pilau rice tray wasn't full in it, poor quality the salad had wilted and the mint dipp was off, waterd down chutney absolutely nothing compared to the last owner... oh yeah even prices gone up aswell

Best indian food takeaway in waterfoot on burnley rd east. Well established business very reasonable price and the food are nice and very tasty. Your food gets delivered at your own door step FREE with out any hasle on time.

The service was great , shame about the food. One of our party said his curry was tasteless,my disappointment was the starters. The samosa & onion Baji was absolutely tiny. Very tasteless, dry like chewing cardboard & I'd guess pre cooked out of a party pack from Iceland. Even if you put both samoas together they still wouldn't be the same size as one samosa from our usual Indian takeaway. Won't be eating from here again.

You get poppadoms , chutney , starters , a retro main meal each , rice and nann bread all for under £14 00 .
I get chicken bhuna , vindoloo hot , tastes amazing .
Try the garlic nann bread , ask for fine chopped garlic and extra butter on .devine .
Staff are wonderful, friendly and looks very clean .
Would eat here every night it's that good !!!
