Good portion sizes & value for money. They get pretty busy, especially at the weekends as the food is really good. The staff are lovely. They are happy to adjust spice to your taste & have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

we ordered 2nd May at 5:30 at the time it said 70 min delivery. ( ordered so early as we expected a delay given the current situation and we had 2 under 10s also eating). 7:30 came no sign so we called Hassan Balti and was assured that our order was about to leave and would be with us in 15-20 mins(7:50). 8:15 came still no sign. We called again and was assured it was out for delivery and would be with us any moment. 8:30, 8:45, 9:00, you get the picture the same constant excuse and still no food after 3.5 hours. I decided to cooked for the children as they were hungry. My husband called again and said just tell us the truth is our dinner coming or not? 9:30 we get a call from the restaurant (4 hours after original order and several calls later) and they said they were sorry but that never saw the order! so you mean to tell me the last umpteen times we called you constantly lied and didn't even check our food. The said we would get a full refund and someone would bring the food. at 10 the food turned up 4.5 hours after ordering! I have been trying to contact Hassan since regarding my refund and surprise surprise no response. We are so disappointed. We have been returning customers for a number of years but they way they have handled this situation is appalling and awful customer service and now being totally ignored. There are so many great curry houses in Stevenage we will be taking our business elsewhere. so be warned if you order i hope you have a back up dinner in the fridge! I'm still waiting for my refund!

Really gutted..... we have always ordered from here, really good food . Was disappointed last time I ordered we waited so long for food and tonight again over 2 hours wait

Had a chicken dansak with rice and a garlic naan from here, I have to say after trying various different takeaway places in Stevenage in the last couple of years, this is the best. Everything was excellent.

First time trying here following a recommendation and was not disappointed. We had the Set Menu for 2 and there is so much left for breakfast and lunch. Delivery driver very lonely and friendly. Will definitely be back

So disappointed. Food was tasteless. Hardley any fresh ingredients used- frozen broccoli, tinned pineapple. Naan bread was extremely doughy. So upsetting as it was a treat for my husband and he couldn't eat it. Don't waste your hard earned money here!!!

Food very bland . I did not enjoy any of the food at all tastless and cold !
Naan bread seemed like it was microwaved . It was hard and cold and soggy in the middle .
Never will we order from here again . I'd be ashamed to sell food of that poor quality
