Spice Master Brockworth

I asked for chicken tandoriei and got two very burnt masala wings. Popudums had no spices which I asked for. Just fatty taste. Namm bread one could not chew. Rice was very good. Better go to Tesco or the co-op not fresh there but lovey taste.Sorry spice master. But I do think you had a Cook maybe
with a bad. Day. Just looking at the building should put you off. Curtain are so filthy that just hang there.

Would give zero stars. Order took nearly 2 hours - tried to call, no answer. Delivery finally come and the man was unbelievably rude. We ended up not taking the food after the way he spoke to my partner. Then even have ring doorbell footage of him swearing at our house. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely shocking experience. After a few orders with minimal issues, this Friday evenings dinner was ruined.

After an abrupt conversation ordering my food I was told it would be an hour before my food was delivered. 1 hour 50 minutes later I made multiple attempts to call to find out what was happening.

Another 20 minutes later my food arrived. The delivery driver was truly the rudest man I have ever met. After asking why it took so long and explaining I couldn't get through on the phone he said "what do you want discount, the have been a company for 31 years- you aren't getting discount". He refused to talk any further, walked away and put his two fingers up at me on the way back to his car (see doorbell images).

I called Spice Master and spoke to someone who couldn't care less. I was told a manager would call. Do you think they did??

I will NEVER use these guys again and I will tell everyone I can to stay clear.

Quick delivery, piping hot , delicious and fresh!

Disappointed. Food arrived tepid. Only one mint sauce when I ordered two. Food all very salty and chicken tikka masala was bland and watery. It's a shame because I've previously enjoyed their food.

Pretty good.Overall we were pretty pleased with all our meals.Eveything was ready on time and came as ordered.

I live in Brockworth and have used spice master for many years. I have never had a bad meal and would say their food is better than most. Because the weather was pretty bad tonight I ordered it to be delivered. I read some of the reviews and I was a bit nervous that it would be late. I needn't have worried it was actually early. Top take away.

Food tasted alright. However they marker they used to mark the food containers had seeped throw the carboard and got on the top of the curry. So be careful when you order from here.
