Bengal Regency

Ordered online at 5pm, received text saying it would be here before 7.25pm. Its now 9.05pm no food, we have phoned and been told its "probably" on the way as its not still in the list to be cooked!
Arrived nearly 2 hours late, one dish missing but what we got was absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again but not at a busy time

Absolutely horrendous ! 2 Chicken Bhunas with no onions or spices, like eating chicken and gravy. Sent wrong rice, when I rang to let them know it was inedible the agreed to send out another order , but sent one less curry than first order tasted exactly the same and still sent the wrong rice. Rang fir a refund ,curry bagged up waiting for them.

not at all friendly, we paid for a meal and it never arrived so we went in to find out what was going on and they said we couldn’t have a refund but gave us credit for our next meal. We’ve just called up to use that credit and they’ve refused. Then continued to say I’ll call you back as I’m going to deal with a customer, when we said we are customers he laughed 😅

Very poor, the Lamb Tikka was completely inedible, like pieces of rubber, horrible !!
Bahar-E Chicken had no nuts, no sultanas and not much chicken

Ordered for first time tonight. I am normally so picky about my curry but thought would give it a try. Wow I am so pleased I did! By far the best curry I have had in a long time. No grease at all no fatty chewy meat, stunning restaurant quality food. Will definitely be ordering again.

This has taken a couple of days to write as I was that angry.. First food was ordered at 18:25 at 20:10 I rang. Got the most obnoxious arrogant person on the phone dealing with the complaint. He said its going to be another 20 mins. At 21:00 i rang back wanting a refund as the food still hadn't got to my house got told to email just eat as I went through the app they wasn't going to deal with it. Said to have the food when it arrived anyway. When it eventually turned up well put it the way the naan bread got thrown away it was that bad, and the curry itself was one that made me think perhaps I should have gone to my local supermarket and brought tinned curry

Had a takeaway last night and it was superb! Honestly, the best Indian takeaway I've had in years. Really delighted. 👍
Update: a week later and we've had another one; just as good as last week's! Lovely fresh food, and prepared on time fabulous.

We've tried this a few times over a few months so we think it's a fare appraisal. We’ve eaten out and had a fair few take way's from lot of different indian tale aways. This has to be the worst of them. The meat on all occasions has been tough the lamb or meat which ever you choose to describe it as is similar to shoe leather, chicken is dry.

I'd this was your first experience of an indian meal it would probably be the last. It's not cheap and it's a poor reflection of indian cuisine.

Wouldn't bother we sharing be using it again under any circumstances.
