The Bilash

I ordered food from Bilash I don't like it. Because of the poppadum was cooked long time ago, it was smell,not taste look like eating . And vegetable curry was cooked long time ago very sour its taste like it cooked two days ago

Just lost a customer of 21+ years who ordered every few months. Since takeover of a few years ago I've let a few things slide but won't be ordering again. Leaflet advised 15% discount if order through website. Had to phone to place order as gave less than 6% discount online. £27.75 minus 15% is £23.5875 so even if he wants to round it up is only £23.59 but he said it came to £23.60. Ok fine I'll pay be card I said. When I checked my card I'd been debited £23.80. When collecting tried to mention the overcharge but got dismissed and waived me away with his hand! As I paid by credit card I could actually dispute transaction as I didn't agree to the £23.80 debit but it's more powerful to leave a review in my opinion. Previous owners were honest decent people who treated their customers right and resolved any issues. I know it's only 20p but it's the principle.

We order from here all the time but tonight's food was very disappointing especially the lamb pasanda. The lamb was really chewy & tough. The sauce was extremely bland, no flavour at all.

Customer service and food quality both are really poor. Order some takeaway from justeat from them but never again. Found hair on food, after rasing the issue with juateat received call from restaurant, they started screaming over the phone 'what do you mean you found hair what do mean' we don't have anyone with hair bruvv.' All i wanted to tell them is my meal is ruined and wont be ordering from you again. I ll definitely report them to Environmental standards.

Just got food from the Bilash and had it, must say very nice Indian food and really enjoyed it, will order again soon, and also the service was good too, will vist again! 😁

Ordered Xmas Eve , was warned that it would take 40 minutes before we could collect, I arrived 30mins after ordering and explained that I was early, the gentleman that was behind the counter wax very polite and spec up the order which I appreciate but certainly did not expect.

Food was top quality and great value for money - the Bilash has helped this Christmas get off to a great start for us - well done to all the staff - can't wait until we get another curry craving and we will be back 👍

Dry pakoras,Bland food needs taste ,and what kind of salad is that my rabbits eat better.All in All the most un Indian Indian you could buy.
