Meghna Tandoori

I have seen negative reviews for the takeaway and yet I have received nice food every time I have had it and good great customer service everytime I come to pick it up. If they say it will be 25 minutes, it will be 25 minutes. I would tend not to listen to the negative reviews which is based on one persons bad experience or one general event. I would listen to the opinion of a loyal customer who eats there every weekend who says it's great. I would recommend it to anyone.

My experience was amazing and I will definitely will be dining there more often. Everything in the takeaway is perfect, I can't think of anything wrong about this takeaway. The customer service was great along with the hygiene rated 5 star by the council. Furthermore, the food was scrumptious, a sensational experience. My favourite dish is the Meghna Special Naan. I will recommend this takeaway to all you food lovers as I'm sure you will be coming back for more.

Having ordered on the 2/1/21 food from them, I was informed it would be a hour for the food, 2 hours later my food arrived cold and incomplete.
When I called the shop back, the girl on the phone found if funny and was laughing and the person I spoke to become argumentative with me over it saying that there was nothing wrong.

He then informed he would be in contact with Just Eat to have a partial refund, this has not happened and after calling again today I'm expected to call Just Eat to obtain this.
Total Joke with the poor service and I wont be using them again.

Absolutely outstanding food. Everything was cooked to perfection. Each dish was superb. I actually ordered from the wrong takeaway so when I realised it wasn't my regular indian I was a little bit worried. To my surprise it was actually 100 times better than my usual indian. I will definitely be ordering again soon. 100% satisfaction from this customer.

I’ve know the guys at Meghan for years now, they are so accommodating and the food is just the best, they even make me special extra hot curries to see me through the end of my pregnancies. Always so friendly and happy to have a chat. Wouldn’t get my chicken tikka masala from anywhere else, delivery is always prompt and food is always hot on arrival. Can’t thank them enough for their top food and top service x

Ordered last night for collection, used the website, which provided 10% off, email said that order would be 60 minutes, received a phone call saying it could be done sooner, which is excellent customer service in my opinion! Food was piping hot, extremely tasty too, we ordered mixed kebab, chicken chat, onion bajis, chicken tikka masala, chicken moglai, 2 naans, poppadoms and rice and came to under £40. Will definitely be ordering again😍

Won a Facebook competition for a meal for two. The gentleman on the phone who took my order was very friendly.
Food was prompt and delicious.
The chilli chicken masala was very hot- just how I like it!!

New the area, so trying out the local takeaways. These guys are charging the same as the other indian in Ivybridge, but the quailty is no where near the same. Had a King Prawn Buna, but very bland. No seasoning, so they never tasted it before they gave it to me. King Prawns had no flavour, so proably frozen. And then a Chicken Pasanda, which again was very bland. Over all, it was well below average.
