Diyab Ocean Indian Takeaway

We ordered at 630 to be delivered at 830 we started trying to call about every 5 mins from 850 and the phone was engaged so at 930 my partner drove there... They weren't very apologetic and said they would put our food on for him. My partner asked wether we could have any discount for this trouble and they very reluctantly said we could have £5 off our £26 order but we will need to claim it back from just eat and £2 of this was the delivery chargale anyway! The place also seemed run down and unorganised. There was also 2 other people who hadn't received their delivery and had driven to the shop when he was there. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place

Usually our go to for a curry! But recently orders have taken nearly 3 hours to be delivered or there had been missing or wrong items! Wanted to put the review up as I think your takeaway is amazing but the service has recently slipped in recent weeks, ahead up as I think you'll loose customers

Sad to have to give such a poor review as the food I did receive was delicious but after missing a few items from my order and contacting the place to show my concern in regards to this but was made out to be a liar, overall this has put a very bad taste in my mouth.

Ordered delivery, chicken tikka chilli masala and lamb korma. Sides of chips breads and popadums Brilliant service and delivery on time. Food was 100% spot on was amazing and will order again. Well done guys

Ordered food well in advance, they forgot my order, 45 mins late, will I use again, maybe, see how it goes

OK I marked 5 stars across the board and its because I have not had a bad experience here.

The food is pretty decent quality and made fresh.

To be able to judge is to know what to expect from a takeaway, many in Preston do not reach such standards.

I have just spent £40 on food and as for both meals without prawns everything was good till I got to the meat on the bottom what I fort was chicken was not it was a prawn all they could say was It was an honest mistake I don’t know how the can say that when people die from stuff like this and just said they could make a fresh one y would I want meat that has been contaminated with prawns

Diyab Ocean was a brilliant takeaway and often was mine and my partners go to takeaway. We're huge fans of a curry.

But the last two times has been appalling really. We've waited nearly two hours on both occasions for the food. We gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time as we loved the takeaway despite the food being average at best that night. Then last night was the same. Nearly two hours for food. When called to ask where the food was I was told that the driver will be setting off in ten minutes. I could understand if it was a weekend and busy however this was a Thursday night. The food came and was "ok". Wasn't fantastic. There's other takeaways that's food quality is better and the wait time not as long. Shame really but think we'll be ordering from somewhere else next time.
