I order from here most weeks. Not the most glamorous place but my God the food is really good. Good size portions, containers are always full to the top. I have the chicken Tikka Balti EVERY time. 😆

Ordered new years eve 6.30pm and told to collect 8pm. I then I had to que for over 45minutes outside in minus a degree! My partner then phoned the shop as we didn't know if the food was just sitting there ready, to be told he hadn't even started cooking it yet. A customer then came outside to tell the que he was still cooking 7.30pm orders, was over an hour behind and no idea how long I'd be stood in the cold for.
Abdul was very rude and didn't care on the phone, we always use this indian but after the service I recieved yesterday I won't be returning.
I didnt wait around for my curry, I told Abdul to forget about it and ordered something else.
Took on too many orders than he could manage, by being greedy you have now lost customers.
7 customers in the shop at once also, were is the social distancing rules, people like sardines in a tin!

This is the best Indian food I have eaten outside of India. It may look unassuming from the outside but these guys know how to make a curry. Try the chilli butter chicken or lamb korma. Never disappoints.

We have been coming to st asaph from stoke on trent in our caravan for many years and we have been having curries from Bengal village when we are here. The food is amazing and it is one of the things we look forward to while we are here.. wish you were closer to home……
