Absolutely disgusting, onion Bahji was absolutely disgusting, dripping in oil, and what I could taste was awful, mains tasted of fajitas, awful salad what I’d expect to find in a cheap pub. Worst meal I’ve ever had. Avoid like the plague. Only getting one star so I could actually post this. Don’t waste your money.

I was warned that the food in this establishment is not fit for human consumption.... wish I had. The king prawn jalfrezi was overcooked yesterday I a sure. Unpalatable is an understatement. He naan bread was tougher than a Cobblers Boot. The rice was ok but I am sure that I was just consoling myself with some kind of hope for some unfathomable reason.
I threw it away in the end, dogs wouldn't touch it, neither would rats, but gulls or ducks? Let's see. I won't feed them the naan i'd have to soak it in water for an hour first to make it duck friendly and ducks are not known for their patience, gulls have even less. Hoha ..So Word of advice. Don't go to Saagar. If you do, guaranteed you will regret it.
Ps, the website is out of date, apparently its outsourced... so expect prices to be higher than you think and want.
I'm going out for edible food now, bye.

Disgusting food and customer service ,chicken in the pakora was a rubber texture and thick stodgy batter dripping with grease.chicken in the vindaloo was overcooked and dry.
Called to explain and the ladys response on the phone was rude and patronising.she said after a full case of chicken we were the only ones to complain,so we must be liers, she offered us more food in the end after speaking with the chef but after being rude and a previous bad experience we said no thank you never again.
The first experience the chicken pakora was excellent and the curry was terrible.second time around the chicken pakora was horrendous and the curry was bad.never again.

Ordered a chicken korma and the chicken was pink when we opened it. After calling them back to tell them the food wasn't cooked properly they offered less than half of what we paid for it insisting the pink chicken was cooked! Would not recommend obviously.

Absol, I gave one star as I could not give none which is my preferenceutely disgusted with the service, served, or more accurately refused to be served by the rudest lady I've ever met. I asked if they did any gluten free food and she grunted, I asked was the korma gluten free and she snapped no, it has almonds in it, I said gluten free is wheat and barley and could she please ask the chef, then she snapped were not serving you because we don't want environment health visiting them, and refused to serve me. I had a car full all hungry and waiting for food and one was gluten free. This was not only rude, obnoxious, but discrimination and they do not deserve to have any custom at all if they treat people like this. Can't comment on the food, but if it was as sor and bitter as her, it would have been unpalatable

Horrendous. avoid! Instead go to paradise Pizza 2 doors up, it has to be better that this so called Indian!
Woman on the desk has an attitude problem, extremely rude.
Food was bland and tasteless, onion bhajis were dry, naan breads were rock solid, even my dog struggled to swallow some. Will never go here again, actually gutted we didn't go to Paradise Pizza ha.

Absolutely awful. Was made to wait 45mins for food to get it home and the chicken was still pink and couldn't eat it! Lady who works on the desk/till is also rude and obviously not appreciative of your custom. Also if you ask for a cheese naan, you just get a cheese slice. Complete waste of time

Very disappointing, onion Baji was a flat squished ball that was dry and had a thick texture, not what it should be!!
Tika masala was watery, poor quality chicken (tough and dry) naan bread was rock hard, not a usual soft puffy bread. £62 down the drain!! Don't waste your money.
