Good sized rooms that are clean, tidy and modern. I have never encountered any problems with any rooms on the numerous times I have stayed here. Prices are competitive and the location is central to the town so useful if staying on business. The restaurant offers straight forward meals that are extremely well priced, and portions are enormous! Staff are kind and friendly. Highly recommended

Definitely more then expected! Completely loved it! We've booked our hotel same day of the arrival, staff are so friendly and helpful, we've arrived at 10pm exhausted after 8 hours of hiking in Lake District, and couldn't think of anything but just bed, which was soooo comfy! Breakfast packed even though we were late and didn't filled form for what we want and at the end even got a free latte, it might be just because we looked terrible but still! Amazing stay!

Staff were friendly and professional. Burger wasn't anything special for the price and if your going to charge the prices you do. Please serve something that isn't oven chips. For a Friday night in barrow when all other places are fully booked. You should know you have a problem when the place is empty. You had us 3 and an elderly couple in the dining area. How are you still open.

Was supposed to be an ommlete but tasted like Yorkshire pudding. When I mentioned that I had to rush to the bathroom I was told rather abruptly that I should have said straight away. BIT LAPSE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. It used to be such a lovely meal. Such a shame

Room was a bit of a letdown. Really small for the price we paid (£200 2 nights). Bed was comfy though. Room was tidied and bedding changed. Grab bag was instead of a breakfast, that was disappointing. There was a better and bigger place just 5 minutes away that cost £100 for 2 nights where our Friends stayed. Room was three times the size. Will we stay at Jefferson Apartments again? No. Would we recommend Jefferson apartments? No.

Amazing staff and comfy apartments, all the comforts of home while away. Really tidy and clean. Beds were comfy except for only having one pillow which did cause a bit of neck ache but I managed to remedy this with cushions from the couch. They were not providing breakfasts due to covid but did provide a packed lunch every day consisting of a sandwich filled as much as possible with your chosen filling, a chocolate biscuit, piece of fruit, packet of crisps and a drink all of which came in handy for days out as it meant we didn't have to try and find places to eat.

The hotel is located in the city center and has private parking. The hotel is very quiet. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant with tasty and food. The staff is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
