We have stayed at Pembroke Cottage 5 times now and each time has been a fantastic experience. We have been away both as a couple and also with our three children. The cottage is situated in a really great location for exploring the surrounding countryside. The cottage is well equipped and furnished and has everything you could wish for during a holiday. The views from the window are stunning and we have seen lots of wildlife from our doorstep. The woodpecker comes every day to feed on the nuts, there are foxes, rabbits, stoats, pheasants and sheep to name but a few. We have visited many nearby locations that are easy to access. There are walks from the cottage door so you don't even have to get into your car. Alternatively, if you prefer a more relaxing, chilled out holiday then this cottage is perfect for that also. Jenny and Derek the owners are lovely and always make us feel extremely welcome. Lovely touches such as tea and cake await your arrival. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We have already booked our sixth visit later this year!
