don't stay here, stay at school. it was the worst home experience I have ever had in my life. the owner carvel lettings will most likely tell you 40 different lies to avoid giving you the 1000 pound deposit, or the responsible person jackie will set you unnecessary rules. they have a liar and impertinent management, mostly because foreign students remain, they try to rip every angle. especially watch out for Jackie, he's a real snake

I lived there for year and a half; nice place, good neighbours. Many thanks to Jackie, Paulina, Gareth and to the letting agents who made this a wonderful experience for me.

I stayed in Princes House for almost a year and I was very pleased with my studio. The apartment is very modern and well-equipped and even if we are in the city centre it is very calm and quiet. It felt like home and as a girl living on her own I always felt safe. Jackie and Gareth are very kind and helpful. I truly recommend this place.

The flat is at a lovely location in the city centre. The neighbourhood is busy but Princes Street itself is pretty quiet. Great opportunities to go jogging by the canals if you live there. The flat was well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, some kitchen utensils and furnished with new furniture. There were hardly any problems and if something needed to be fixed, Gaz and Jackie were very quick to action. They are extremely responsible and responsive. Thank you both for making my stay enjoyable!

I don't really have anything to complain about in my 2 year experience at Princes house as an international student. It's a nice quiet accommodation in a super convenient city center location which makes getting around a breeze. It's especially convenient if you are an NUA student as most of the school buildings are a 3-10min walk away. The staff were always super friendly and easy to contact. Anything that I needed fixed or had issues with was usually resolved within a day or two and most of those issues were minor and caused by mistakes on my part. Jackie and Gareth were very warm, kind and pleasant to deal with. Even though I was quiet and kept to myself, they still made an effort to be welcoming which I greatly appreciated. I mean I can only speak from my experience but I would definitely say that it's worth checking out these flats or contacting the staff to ask questions if you're curious.

I lived in Princes House for just over a year and would recommend it to any student looking for safe, modern accommodation in the heart of one of the prettiest areas in Norwich. Despite being studios, these flats feel spacious and have been designed with plenty of storage space and appliances (including a dishwasher!). The location of Princes House is ideal; there are many lovely cafés and shops nearby whilst it is only a 5min walk to catch the 25/26 bus to UEA or just a 15min walk to Norwich Station if you wish to hop on a train somewhere. Jackie (owner/landlord) is very friendly and communication between us has always been responsive and helpful. Gaz (building manager) has been wonderful - he will always do his best to help you and his presence makes Princes House a friendly, enjoyable place to live.

I had a great year at Princes House (even during COVID). Gaz and Jackie were incredibly helpful and always on hand if I had a question or issue. My room was spacious, bright, and the facilities were better than home! The apartments are centrally located making it easy to access UEA, NUA, and anything else in the surrounding area. During COVID, it felt like a very safe retreat, and I was sad to leave at the end of my tenancy. I wish I had discovered Princes House earlier so I could have spent more of my university years there.
