Great place for a family reunion. There is two main outdoor seating areas and a Hot-tub. Two decent living rooms either side of the kitchen, each with a smart TV very handy if you have Netflix. The kitchen is a good size with two long tables each able to sit 10 people easily.

This place is amazing. Had a hen weekend last weekend and the place was so nice felt like home.
