Priory Quay have been outstanding in delivering every bulk order I have needed FAST with great customer service.

Ordered on the 4th July and told there was a 15 day lead time. I was then told the order would be shipped on the 3rd of August and would be with us in 3-4days. The order finally arrived to the wrong address on the 13th August a full 40 days after the original order was placed. Very poor delivery time.

I was at no point updated of the fact that the order was delayed and had to repeatedly chase for updates. Often i would be told that someone would respond with an update yet i would receive none.

Fast delivery time, great price and all round lovely people!! Would 100% recommend.

The shelving I bought was exactly as described and arrived on the time specified . We are very pleased and will be ordering from this company again.
