I had instructed Kirks to deal with the liquidation of my company. Based on personal research they were the best in terms of giving me access to the most amount of funds in the quickest manner with reasonable costs. All in all I definitely made the right choice and would recommend them to anyone.
My personal process did take longer than I would have expected but the delays were on the HMRC side due to covid and nothing that Kirks could have done to address.

I chose Kirks Insolvency Service because they had a document that described the insolvency process and their service. The document on Voluntary Insolvency was useful as it is a once in a lifetime experience for me. The voluntary insolvency service was painless but was slowed by Covid. The final step with HMRC took 24 months as opposed to their goal of three months, this was 'because of Covid'. I do not quite understand how most of the world coped with Covid but HMRC went into complete melt down. I do not hold Kirks responsible for this.

Kirks helped me with voluntary liquidation of my private limited company early this year. The team was extremely professional and efficient in their service. I was also very pleased with their prompt responses that kept me up to date with status of the process as well as guiding me through the liquidation process which can be overwhelming.
