I have been with ALH-AIC Insurance Consultants since 2007 and never found a reason to complain. The company is helpful, efficient and overall satisfying. I have had one incident which was dealt with very well and did not take much time to solve. Over the years Paul Skidmore has been a great help and offered excellent, professional services that I have always been pleased with. I have felt comfortable when being dealt with and after being with the company for so many years it feels very friendly. I would recommend the company to anyone as they are excellent and my experience has always been positive with them. I would like to personally thank Paul for his help and professional mannerism. It is so reassuring to find a company with good traditional customer service. There is always a person to talk through your requirements when you need it most. I have been insured with them for both business and personal for many years and have always found the staff very helpful. The rates quoted have been no more expensive than any offered from the 'compare sites'. Claims have been managed for me without hassle. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

My wife and i decided to ship a twenty foot container Abroad for our move and a good marine insurance company and looked online for the right firm. i came across AIC who we ended up going with.

As it turned out we had a major problem with our belongings being damaged and alot of headache. my wife and i were going through hell and i made contact with michael Hamidy at AIC who had been so helpful when placing my insurance before we left the uk.
