A-Plan Insurance

My husband and I came into you early pm today to enquire about home insurance. We were escorted to a very pleasant young lady called Julia Nicholson. Julia was extremely patient and answered all our questions professionally. We accepted the quote, paid it and came away from A Plan knowing we were in safe hands. I have used A Plan now for the past few years for car insurance and all is well. Renewal was easy just a few minutes on the phone as i hate telling people everything about my driving record and my car which takes ages. Renewal was simple as all on file lol.

This is an unfortunate review after having been with A Plan for many years and a slight issue with their money grabbing a couple of years ago when I left the UK, now back, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately again, it's the same old story. The quote was triple the best price on Compare the market for the same level of cover and to be honest with you, I've come to the conclusion that A Plan are just another faceless sales organisation after your money. Huge shame as the service I received for years was top shelf, now it's fees, hidden charges, extras that should be free and policies designed to take your money. Awful experience.

I HIGHLY recommend A-Plan Eastleigh - I have used them for numerous vehicle insurance policies over time and every time, ever team member I've spoken to couldn't be more helpful, kind and efficient.
Oh and they nearly always end up finding me the cheapest quote; proof the human touch betters computer quotes most all of the time!

Excellent service, the staff are always friendly and helpful if you need to ring up atall. Will always try give you the best price and help, infact they have been consistently cheaper over the last few years than anyone else for both my car and van insurance. Also if your unfortunate enough to claim they handle that aswell. A third party hit me several months ago and i literally had to do nothing apart from give my version of events. Highly recommend 👍
