Terrible experience! A month has passed since incident and had to constantly chase them to know what is happening. Accepted an offer on a total loss and so far been promised “payment will be made today” for two weeks.....still not received payment!

No one here seems to know or care about what is happening. Have heard the line “leave your phone number and I will have someone ring you back” far too many times and have not once received a phone call back!

I’m sure my 4 year old son would do a better job of running this company!
I wish I had seen the previous reviews before taking out my insurance with this company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My sincere advise to people out there is to avoid TANSAR and BE WISE they are rubbish organisation. Their customer service is appalling and unprofessional. I have been dealing with them for couple of years now and this time they really show their true colour. I have been waiting 4 weeks now to get my car rear glass repaired, I paid 75 pounds excess same day I reported the incident (04/07/18) It’s has been story upon story between the broker, insurance company and the glass company. I was called 24/07/18 given assurance that the car glass will be repaired today (28/07/18) I was disappointed to learn from the engineer that he hasn’t got all the material needed to complete the job so I have to wait until next week again for the glass to be replaced. The broker company not helpful, no intervention. I paid premium for comprehensive insurance for peace of mind but the service I am getting is far from peace. I had been the one calling the broker asking for insurance number to call (because this was not provided) and calling the glass company (AutoWindscreen). It has been hell since the beginning of the month with my experience from all these companies. PLEASE AVOID THESE COMPANIES: BE WISE, TANSAR (I believe they are Be Wise associate) AND AUTO WINDSCREEN. They do not deserve any star at all but I have to select one before I could write review.

Even if their insurance cover was free i would still avoid!! 3 months since the vehicle was stolen off our drive. Staff have lied and misled us from the start. Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. They say they will call you and then dont. 3 months on and no where near getting our claim settled! Absolute joke!!

Do not buy insurance from this company. They will not pay out.2 years and still no resolution. They ignore emails, you get passed around from one person to the next and do everything they can to avoid telling you your rights and their processes. Absolute con artists!

Rooms were dirty noisy and smelly. They were in a state of disrepair no bedding they showed us a second room that was only marginally better. Ended up paying for another hotel.

Cancelled a policy in March 2019, still yet to be refunded for over 1500 pound in July 2020. Because they say the case is closed, which it is, which has never made a difference before. Side note the other side accepted liability in March 2019, case well closed, still no refund, cant get through to speak to them either.

Only gave them one as have to put something on. It's bloody appalling, 4 hours trying to get to speak to someone about a claim as someone has backed into my works truck and I can't get the tailgate open. There phone number doesn't work and when I got through finally they cut me off. Will not use them again.

Insurance provider was Tansar but claim has been dealt with Action365 on their behalf which has been completely and utterly unprofessional not easy to find the number for them, when I called no one could locate my policy number and denied I was ever insured by them despite me having my policy number and schedule. Action 365 have been appalling! I am now out of pocket by £195 as I have had to take matters into my own hands to get it sorted. No response from complaints or managers! I will never being using Tansar again!
