This is the WORST car insurance company it is possible to have the misfortune to come across ,they scam their customers out of a full years car insurance plus arrangement fee ,plus further legal costs ...they then take you full years payment straight away from your bank account without sending any confirmation in writing ,they do not send you the legal paperwork policy ,but rather come up with a direct lie in writing with some rubbish unsubstantiated claim that they can't find the no claims bonus from your previous insurers ,you call direct choice but spend all morning being passed from pillar to post ,they then feed you their already paying customer ,yet another load of scamming lies about its too late for you to resend the no claims bonus as they have already cancelled you yearly car insurance after only three weeks of it being taken out ...all over the Christmas holidays ....giving the customer no respect ,no chance to sort anything out ..despite screen shooting the no claims bonus and directly emailing it to this scam company before the date given to do so by the customer service ...they still rite a load of lies in a final letter cancelling your car insurance and adding an extra fee to do so ...what a horrible bunch of criminals direct choice is ...what out steer clear of this scam

they say they are open till 7 pm but when you phone they are shut. useless
