I needed to change a driver on motor trade insurance which requires a bit of "to and fro" emails to get all necessary information and policy negotiation change quote done. The contact agent Jasmin Smyth dealt with this case in a very professional manner. I found her prompt response, support and friendly attitude very amazing and worth encouraging. BEWARE! Its so obvious these 5* reviews are written by the same person. This company is a shambles. Quote you cheap to get you in, then find reasons to add to the policy after you join. They lie to cover their own backs and are very unprofessional over the phone when they have to explain their mistakes. Very quick to try to intimidate you with cancellation letters but if you try to cancel they wont let you. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
