I was not impressed when I tried to phone AXA regarding my & my mother in laws insurance!! They had no staff working from home under lockdown, & even after leaving a message nobody returned my call!! Absolutely disgusting.... Happy to take your premium but where is your "Customer Service" AXA!! Two drivers in my household will not be renewing our policies with you, but doubt if anyone within your organisation even cares!!

I have as a health insurance is a nightmare, it used to be good but no they don't even answer the phone, no way to make a claim the link doesn't work and no staff no one answer the phone, but they charge on time. Save yourself money and a headache they are terrible.

Axa insurance company they are very good in how they treat the customer. I was happy to be insured by them. I can't say nothing about how they deal with the claims because I didn't have one but I was happy when I spoke with them on the phone. They tried to do all the best for me to make sure I have the right cover. When you call them the waiting times its not that long if you compare with other insurance company.
