Spoke to Kelly in regards about an issue I have had with Wakefield branch, she was brilliant and dealt with my query instantly. Wakefield branch never answer but Kelly was outstanding. That'ss how customer service should be, thank you Kelly.

This company really did help me out ,I should of gone to them first but didn't know about them and only stumbled upon them purely by accident after being on the phone for 2 days and on the internet trying to get trade insurance thank you very much for your help Clegg Gifford and Co

Terrible, terrible company. Lied to me constantly, either that or one department does not talk to the other and is in dire need of retraining - one person tells me one thing to give me positivity then someone else contradicts that info, and in effect since Jan, absolutely nothing has been achieved and when i ask for details to chase this case myself i am refused info and given vague answers.

I didn't think my stress levels could reach this high. Still waiting for a claim to get sorted from January after a police car hit me. Disgusting people/insurance brokers with no consideration for their customers. It's been the worse experience with an insurance company in 30 years of driving. Constant patronising and lack of interest in getting my case sorted. I wouldn't insure a pencil sharpener via them. There should be regulations in place to stop this. 100% if they were waiting for money from me then the case would be resolved a lot, lot quicker. Avoid this company at all costs.
