As if being in a crash isn’t bad enough.
You then can’t get hold of anyone to help.
Hours on hold. Or when you choose your option to get the right department. No phone detected and hangs up.
Not had a car or courtesy car for 2 weeks now.
Valuations obviously low.
Waiting for someone to get back to me.
Emails sent with no response.

Online is the worst
In case of an incident do not use the online notification tool
I have tried to do everything right, admitting liability when prompted by the online tool as it was driver at fault, 3mph in the ice with minor bumper damage to the oncoming vans plastic wheel hub cover and my car's bumper (a scratch and small hole) yet I have AUTOMATED messages from copart wanting to arrange collection of my whole car!
An hour on hold and no sign of answering, no queue just..

I was left stranded last night by "their" breakdown company. Luckily I was not a venerable individual, Swift now say it is nothing to do with them?
