Put my details in on money supermarket comparison website and these came up cheapest cover seemed good and price so went to there website and tried to put my registration in and it would not except it so phoned them and explained about it wouldn’t except my registration so they tried to do it there end and when they couldn’t do it they said that I had been declined and put the phone down, I should of read the reviews and then I wouldn’t of bothered but can’t understand why they quoted and then declined me Be Warned !!

Well impressed! Actually got my car insurance less than half the price from my previous insurers. Massive thanks Swift! Definitely worth checking out!

What a joke of a company.
As if being in a crash isn’t bad enough.
You then can’t get hold of anyone to help.
Hours on hold. Or when you choose your option to get the right department. No phone detected and hangs up.
Not had a car or courtesy car for 2 weeks now.
Valuations obviously low.
Waiting for someone to get back to me.
Emails sent with no response.
If I could give less than one star I would.

In case of an incident do not use the online notification tool
I have tried to do everything right, admitting liability when prompted by the online tool as it was driver at fault, 3mph in the ice with minor bumper damage to the oncoming vans plastic wheel hub cover and my car's bumper (a scratch and small hole) yet I have AUTOMATED messages from copart wanting to arrange collection of my whole car!
An hour on hold and no sign of answering, no queue just..
"Thank you for being patient, please continue to hold"

Please avoid at all cost's there is a reason they are so cheap.
I was left stranded last night by "their" breakdown company. Luckily I was not a venerable individual, Swift now say it is nothing to do with them?

had an accident had no contact from them tried to email so many times no reply tried to phone them can never get through was 92nd in the queue. paying for a car i cant drive and a service they wont provide absolutely rubbish company

My car was stolen and used in a crime in October. They Still haven't replied to any of my emails after confirming details of stolen items which I pay extra cover for. So, my car was "lost" for a few weeks between the police and Swift (noone knew where it had been stored)!!! This literally went on for weeks! NB extra getting around costs for me which arent replenished! They recently located it and it has been written off. I've been told by salvage that even though I have paid to have my personal plate retained I am not allowed to remove the physical plates from the car and put the now correct ones on. They confirmed once collected my personal plates will be crushed up! Awful customer service.

Cancelled my car insurance, got a email confirming it and was expecting a refund. Instead I got charged as if my car insurance wasn’t cancelled and cannot get hold of anyone. Do not go with swift cover, they are scammers.
