NFU Mutual Whitfield

Car insurance used to be so simple with the NFU, however now they have outsourced the service. They use DAS ‘legal’ services to ‘fight your corner’. Obviously this isn’t the Whitfield branches decision.

Having been the victim of another driver NFU Whitfield were completely useless, incompetence would suggest they had a level of professionalism and ability which failed in this case but that is giving them unfair credit.

They will not support you, they won’t ring you back and the whole experience is tedious. The branch has changed hands, the previous people were complete professionals and very attentive, this new lot would complemented if I describe them as charlatans so I will describe them as amateurs without hope.

I have moved all my policies and saved a considerable amount of money.

DAS services are a call centre legal firm who employ legal advisors with very limited legal training and a few qualified lawyers. They are slow, require information again and again. Well done NFU you’ve joined the ranks of call centre club!

Very professional and friendly approach by Nathan Milstein with excellent explanations of the product in question. On the two occasions we have meet he made me feel at ease and was more than happy to explain my queries or questions.

Which has put NFU as the number one insurance provider for years. If you have pets you can insure on your household insurance, as an extension. I have found just the insurance for pets from other providers as more than the premium that NFU charges for household contents and pets extension.

These guys came recommended so got a quote , spoke to Holly who was very helpful and gave me a decent fast quote
