Went inside whilst on an insight week and absolutely loved it. However, to the general public this is a great meeting place rather than the nearby water tower which is often crowded. If you want to get here by bus I'd recommend the 1,2,3 or 4 buses which all stop nearby

Another money sucking vacuum. BUPA at least had some tolerance. AXA are just flat deniers of service. Not worth it

Customer services are impossible to get hold of. I've been attempting to get hold of my authorization number for a week now and have spent 4 hours on hold in total. Fortunately I just need physiotherapy, but what if I was getting private chemotherapy?

Tried to call AXAPPP today and it took 1hr 12 minutes to get through, it then took another 20 minutes & a call back to sort out an appointment for my young son who has been crying in pain. I will not be renewing my insurance this year with AXA!

I am a Physiotherapist, have recently cancelled being a provider for AXA as I am awaiting payment since June 2022 and it is now December, as a small business owner I am unable to make such a loss. I would avoid using AXA as your insurer, I have had better experience with Bupa, WPA + Aviva Health.

Dreadful - to get transferred to a private ward is impossibly difficult you need two NHS doctors to call Axa (3 hours call waiting) then fill in several forms taking a total of 6-8 hrs of each doctors time then should you complete this onerous task you then have to somehow transfer your loved one to a participating hospital at your own expense total utter scam artists avoid avoid avoid

The worst insurance company i had sent my vehicle to get repaired after an accident and they said they will give me another vehicle for the time being but they did not and I was not able to go to work for a weeks and after I got my vehicle there was still glass inside the car and they have not cleaned the car at all the worst car insurance company in uk.
