Just wait until something goes wrong. The paperwork doesn't tie up, they do not keep you informed. They cancelled my insurance without telling me and then said they had written a letter. Very offhand.

Good service and the prices are very competitive. Have been using them for over 5 years now and have never had any issues. Hasn't had to make a claim yet but so far so good.

Had a large portfolio insured with these people. Made 1 claim for £1k for a damaged front door, refused to pay me directly as the person who initially paid for the repairs. Funny how ALL professional companies pay back to where the payment was initiated from, except these clowns. Ended up small claims which they paid funny enough! Then refused at renewal to reinsure us which is petty, childish and just ridiculous. The point of insurance is to protect clients and yes claims are made believe it or not. I’ve heard from others who have had issues after a claim was made. These people want to take your money but then refuse to accept claims are made. Cheats

Been with these for years but when it comes to make a claim they don't want to help - They won't send a loss adjuster round, until you've got quotes for the repairs yourself, even though you don't know what they'll agree to pay for? In the end I cancelled the claim, did the repairs myself and moved all my policies to another company.

Awful, keep putting the premium up, got same cover much cheaper elsewhere, just tried to call spent ages going through the automated system for the operator to hang up on me!! Shocking service
