Fantastic company, very helpful and friendly staff. We use CRL for all our Building Warranties as they are always very competitively priced and very easy to work with.

Probably the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. After selling warranty insurance from third rate underwriters who go bust you would think the least they could do is answer questions. Account manager has never spoken to me. I’ve called so many times I’ve left so many messages and emails and never had one response. Instead they hide behind an email that takes days and days for a curt, short response that is always underwhelming and always requires further clarity. If you want an amateur, unprofessional company that is unresponsive, unhelpful and offers third rate insurance policies then CRL is the company for you. One star is too high a rating.

They have an office in King William street which clients are not allowed to visit as they keep you waiting in reception, followed by sending junior support staff who do not know what is going on. They do not respond to emails or communications. They sell insurance (on 3rd Sept) provided by bankrupt companies Alpha (8th May) and then do not provide refunds. All staff say they have no authority and everything must go through CEO Steve Mansour, who is unwilling to take meetings, calls or respond to emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Their complaints team are useless, as they didn't act on my formal complaint until I chased them a week later. The complaints team informed me i would not get a refund, because i had received services from CRL, however I had no site survey and no policy. You would think a complaints team could do some sort of research. But it seems all staff performance resembles their senior management.

We paid the money for buildings insurance. They didnt bother tell us the underwriter was going bust. Found out through an industry contact AFTER the event. No effort to help. Poor communication to a generic e-mail that is clearly understaffed. Many other building warranty providers out there. 100% avoid unless you want poor customer service and nothing for your money.

The most diabolical customer service experience imaginable. No-one returns calls or responds to emails in spite of paying them over £10,000 upfront for warranties which has yet to materialise. Avoid at all costs

Total disgrace....promise everything, deliver nothing. I concur with recent reviews, this company is not fit for purpose!

Read their trust pilot reviews. I repeat do not give them a penny. Any money you pay them will go down the drain.

My Landlord is delaying for getting a substitute for CRL 10 year New build warranty causing refual of mortgage on the propererty ... some broker suggested me to get a professional consultants certificate for the remaining 10 year term and it is accepted across different banks... just sharing info as it might be useful for someone like me who are struck on mortgage...I am not a professional to give a fianancial advice Please do your own research
