Pleasant staff, but insurance quote was wayyyyy higher than I could find myself.

Despite signs saying they offer Travel Insurance, I was told not possible in my local branch and was given a Farnham phone number to call instead. No mention on website and upon trying to complete an online quote, and spending 20mins completing the Form, didn't work!
Another 20mins on the phone to start all over again! Really frustrating.
However, they did find me a very competitive quote!

I've been very impressed by the service offered by this branch of A-Plan. There are many factors to consider when purchasing car insurance and these guys seem really knowledgeable. In a time where so many insurers are moving away from providing personalised customer service, it's great to be able to access support from this friendly and professional team.

Im not happy, they used to be a good company, i just got quoted £700 and over £800 to insure a old Volvo that worth £3000 and I'm years old and never had a claim before . I went on go compare.com and the cheapest insurance was £250 and the all singing dancing quote was £400.00, so i went for a middle of the road one and paid £350.00 Also I had to wait from Thursday morning to Friday night for a quote after ringing twice, I've now checked my house insurance business insurance and another car insurance, I'm paying far too much. If you use this company have a ring around first.
